MYXMANUALS - a brief history -Back in 2007 I became the owner of my first Dirtbike, a 125cc 2 stroke Kawasaki. It was purchased secondhand and had been sitting around the previous owners garage for a few years while he was working abroad. After the initial eurphoria of owning the machine of my dreams had died away...the reality of the list of repairs and tune-ups became evident. A friend of mine had the same bike..and after a day of examining the motorcycle together...he suggested I get hold of a Factory Service Manual to get detailed information about carburetor settings..torque values etc. Not knowing where to look...I fired up the pc and began to search. Many hours were wasted and the search was initially fruitless. Not being known to give up easily...I continued the search and eventually got the manual I needed.
The information was priceless and the bike was restored to virtually showroom condition. I Purchased a kit to refurbish my dying carb, tune up the Kawasaki KIPS system, new tyres, grips, exhaust disassembled and cleaned out..the list was enormous and could not have been completed without the correct oem workshop information. The bike was much admired by members of my riders club and other members wanted to get hold of the manual for their motorbikes. Hence...myxmanuals.com was born.
